Evie Hostetter Intro

 

I am Evie Hostetter (21), a sophomore at Bloomsburg University. I am an English Creative Writing Major as well as a History Major. This is a picture of me in one of my vintage dresses. I love vintage fashion and old movies as well as older music. I dream to write books and write storylines for video games one day. My favorite book would probably have to be "The Screwtape Letters" by C.S. Lewis because I love how it uses humor and is philosophical at the same time.

Crunchyroll Website I chose the Crunchyroll website for my blog because I watch anime a lot and it is the site I use most if I do not have the anime physically and disc form. My favorites have to be Kino's Journey, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Cowboy Bebop. I have been getting into Attack on Titan and One Piece recently and have been enjoying those as well. I just love how creative anime can be with the stories and characters. There are a lot of characters that are unique and written well in anime.

For my video, I choose this one because I love video games and JRPGs has to be one of my favorite genres because the stories are so deep and complex and you usually have to use strategy. This video shows a variety of JRPGs with some of my favorites being mentioned. I like tons of other genres of video games as well like other RPGs, Simulation games, and Survival games. My favorite games have to be Red Dead Redemption 2, LA Noire, the Persona Series, Rune Factory, and I really have been enjoying Okami lately.

    I also chose Crunchyroll for my website! Fullmetal Alchemist is a great series, definitely one of my favorite anime! My favorite character was Alhponse, he had a really cool design and personality. I look forward to taking this course with you!

      Alphonse is awesome. My favorites had to be Scar or Roy Mustang. Scar was a very complex character and he was so interesting. Roy Mustang just is super cool.

 Hello everyone, My name is Tyler Harper. I am 21 years old and a secondary education major, but also intend to graduate with an ESL certificate. Some hobbies of mine include studying Japanese, playing video games, and physically working out.
