Intro-Jasmeiry

My name is Jasmeiry Flores, I am 21 years old. My birthday is on Valentine's Day. I am an English major with a minor in ESL I will be getting my master's in Secondary Education. I am the oldest out of 3 and the only girl. My little brothers are Damian, 14, and Elijah, 9. I was born in Passaic, New Jersey. I moved to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, when I was 4 years old. I started cheerleading when I was 5 years old and did it for 12 years. I also did martial arts for a month and volleyball for 2 years in high school. I always been a very active kid, going on trips and visiting family. I love going on a cruise; my family and I have a tradition that we go camping throughout the season, and every summer we try to go on a cruise. I love traveling and learning new history around the world. 



I love reading horror stories, true crime stories, non-fiction, and poetry. I like reading articles to know the truth about mysteries, crimes, and other things. The most recent book I read was “Alone "by Megan E Freeman. It was about a little girl waking up from a nap to find an abandoned world at the young age of 12 years old with her dog companion. Trying to reconnect with her family and friends in the unknown.


One of my favorite applications is Pinterest. Whenever I need ideas for what to wear, what to cook, and different craft ideas, I always run to Pinterest to help inspire more creativity and how to plan events like birthday parties, get-togethers, and it even helped me come up with an idea for my high school

graduation cap. In my free time, I like watching this YouTube channel called Jubilee (200) Jubilee - YouTube, watching people debating on different topics to have different points of view on situations, as well as learning as I watch

    Hello Jameiry, I think it is so awesome that you have your birthday on Valentines day! I also think it's great that you did a lot of different athletics and sports such as cheerleading and martial arts, it's also great that you are interested in traveling and other cultures!

 Hello everyone, My name is Tyler Harper. I am 21 years old and a secondary education major, but also intend to graduate with an ESL certificate. Some hobbies of mine include studying Japanese, playing video games, and physically working out. I have lived in PA for most of my life, but also lived in Colorado, Georgia, and South Korea while serving in the military. A book that I recently read was "Babel" by Kuji Furumiya.
